1- Sprinting and running in the early morning. If you live in the big city this is the perfect time to take in your neighborhood sights with a morning sprint or run.

Imagine if we could remove all the fat and calories from ice cream, cake, pasta, bread and more. Life would be a dream come true. But the fact is you can't. Clean eating has a lot to do with thinking outside of the box. No one is saying you can't indulge but the fact is that you have to indulge with smart choices. These choices can increase or decrease your energy. These choices will help you make it through the day or fall short with no strength to get you through the day.
If you love chocolate try strawberries dipped in sugar free chocolate (keep the chocolate to a minimum). Its about being creative with your food. You can substitute cauliflower for potatoes. Food is a dream come true. It is needed. Hating food means you have no real knowledge of the greatness is possess and what it can do for you.
