Summer is the perfect time to go to your local farmers market and be creative with your nutrition. Take the time to experiment with new foods that are local and in season. From adding strawberries to your salad or your chicken. It's about understanding that food fuels your body and the summer months are drenched in heat and there are so many light meals that will keep you fit and healthy as well as inspire you this summer to not over eat.
